The cost of bad water
Scale just 1 mm thick can raise fuel consumption by around 8%. Over a year of continuous operation that is a substantial, avoidable bill — before accounting for the safety risk of localised overheating.
What a treatment train looks like
A typical line for a steam boiler combines softening (or RO for high-pressure duty), deaeration to strip dissolved oxygen, and chemical dosing to hold pH and scavenge residual oxygen. Each stage targets a specific failure mode.
Maintenance that pays back
Regular blowdown, resin regeneration and dosing checks keep the system honest. We supply the plant and the service schedule together so nothing drifts.
