Our Repair Process

1. Site assessment — Visual inspection and pressure-test review; fault logged and photographed.
2. Root-cause analysis — Identify whether failure is mechanical, thermal, chemical (corrosion/scaling), or operational.
3. Repair proposal — Written scope, estimated duration, and parts list submitted for approval.
4. Execution — Repair carried out by qualified technicians using approved welding procedures and OEM-equivalent parts where required.
5. Pressure test & recommission — Hydraulic or steam test to operating pressure; safety device checks before handover.
6. Report — Written repair record provided for your maintenance logbook and IBR documentation.
