Condensate & Flash Steam Recovery Unit
Condensate and flash steam recovery units from BEP Engineering, distributed in Nepal by ME Engineering, to reclaim heat energy and treated water from boiler condensate
- IBR / ASME standard
- Engineered in Nepal
- Nationwide service
Overview
A condensate and flash steam recovery unit collects hot condensate returning from steam equipment and recovers both the flash steam and the hot water it contains, so this heat and water can be reused instead of being wasted. ME Engineering distributes these units, manufactured by BEP Engineering Pvt Ltd, to industrial plants across Nepal. When high-pressure condensate is released to a lower pressure, part of it flashes back into steam. Without a recovery system, this flash steam and the sensible heat in the condensate are usually vented or drained away, wasting both fuel energy and treated water. A condensate and flash recovery unit separates the flash steam from the liquid condensate: the flash steam is piped off for reuse in low-pressure heating applications, while the remaining hot condensate is collected and returned to the boiler feed system.
Sourcing and support ME Engineering imports and distributes this equipment from BEP Engineering Pvt Ltd and supports Nepali customers with sizing, installation guidance, and after-sales spares.
