Overview
The PT11H Thermodynamic Steam Trap is a high-capacity mechanical steam trap designed to automatically discharge condensate while preventing the loss of live steam. Manufactured from stainless steel with an integrated strainer, it protects downstream equipment, improves steam system efficiency, and is ideal for steam mains, headers, drip legs, and process equipment where reliable condensate removal is essential.
The PT11H features a hardened disc and seat for extended service life under demanding operating conditions. Its unique concentric condensate entry and three-port design provide smooth disc movement, reducing wear while ensuring dependable performance over fluctuating loads and pressures.
An integrated stainless steel strainer protects the trap from dirt and debris, reducing maintenance requirements and improving operational reliability. The trap can operate in any orientation, although horizontal installation with the disc cap facing upward is recommended.
Designed for industrial steam systems, the PT11H offers excellent corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, and long-term performance in demanding process applications.
