The horizontal smoke tube, 3-pass design routes hot flue gas from the wood-fired furnace through three passes across the tube bundle, transferring heat efficiently to the boiler water before exhaust - a robust, proven configuration for biomass-fired steam generation.
For Weaster Agro Farms, managed by Mr. Surendra Giri, increasing process heating demand called for a boiler that could deliver stable steam production and better fuel utilisation.
