650 kg/hr Wood-Fired Steam Boiler - Weaster Agro Farms
Design, supply and commissioning of a 650 kg/hr wood-fired horizontal smoke tube boiler to meet rising process heating demand at Weaster Agro Farms, Chandragiri.
ME Engineering supplied and commissioned a 650 kg/hr horizontal smoke tube, 3-pass, wood-fired steam boiler for Weaster Agro Farms in Chandragiri, Nepal, providing stable steam supply for the client's process heating needs.
The horizontal smoke tube, 3-pass design routes hot flue gas from the wood-fired furnace through three passes across the tube bundle, transferring heat efficiently to the boiler water before exhaust - a robust, proven configuration for biomass-fired steam generation.
For Weaster Agro Farms, managed by Mr. Surendra Giri, increasing process heating demand called for a boiler that could deliver stable steam production and better fuel utilisation. ME Engineering's 650 kg/hr unit was designed, supplied, and commissioned to meet this demand, built to IBR standards, helping improve overall plant productivity.
