A 500 kg/hr horizontal smoke tube 3-pass wood-fired steam boiler designed to generate steam for dairy processing operations such as milk pasteurization, cleaning and process heating. The boiler converts heat from wood fuel into saturated steam, providing an efficient and reliable energy source for dairy production.
ME Engineering supplied and commissioned the complete boiler system, including essential auxiliaries and steam distribution components. The 3-pass smoke tube design maximizes heat transfer and fuel utilization while ensuring stable steam output and easy maintenance. The project enables Sanjivani Dairy to maintain consistent product quality and efficient plant operations using locally available biomass fuel.
